Evacuate the A/C system for a minimum of one hour. Add the remaining charge of refrigerant as called for by manufacture. Compressor; with Auxiliary A/C; Rear Roof Mounted A/C. Oil charges and oil types should be closely adhered to for proper A/C performance.

You are purchasing a Remain compressor with clutch. Install new receiver drier or accumulator and orifice tube expansion valve. After evacuation install half the refrigerant charge and let system set for 1 minute. Install half oil charge into the compressor and remainder throughout system.

On expansion valve systems THE VALVE MUST BE REMOVED before the evaporator can be flushed. Turn compressor shaft 8-10 full revolutions to insure front seal and other internal parts are lubricated. USE ONLY R-12 OR R-134a REFRIGERANT. Flush the condenser and evaporator using NON-OIL BASED A/C flush.
